Cancel or change your subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then AAVE LINGO. Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial or billing period ends so you aren't charged for the next one.

Restore a purchase

Open the ICED OUT page in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Family Sharing

The family plan can be shared with up to 6 people through Apple's Family Sharing.

Out of hearts

Every wrong answer costs a heart. Hearts come back by themselves over time, or you can refill them with Ice in the shop, or win your way back with a practice session.

Change the language

Go to Profile, then Language. The whole app and the course switch at once.

Your progress and data

Your progress lives on your phone only, so deleting the app deletes it. To see what the app sends, read the Privacy Policy.
